Identifying with the premise of being damaged and needing to heal has nothing to do with my Quaker affiliation or my atheism. I’m an atheist by choice and a Quaker by affinity.
I would like to enter into conversation with Quakers with similar views. I have been curious about nontheistquskers.org but it seems negatively oriented.
Are there members of the group that can help me see it in a different light?
good to meet you, atheist by choice & quaker by affinity. i’m atheist by nature (named after The Doubter) & a friend by practice.
most people simply walk away from constructs that no longer benefit them, be the construct material or social. this presentation/workshop is for those hu want to better understand the word in its religious & TikTok references (#deconstruction), & to apply deconstruction actively within quakerism, wich very much needs it.
